Telus Technical Support Agreement

58. If you notice a failure, you will receive a credit that depends on the duration of the failure. Please contact TELUS Customer Service to report the outage. The call center agent checks your profile and service details and provides a default credit according to the table below. 56. Any termination of your account does not relieve you of any amounts incurred under this Agreement prior to the effective date of such termination. 42. You acknowledge that, unless otherwise specified by TELUS, the email addresses, IP addresses and personal web addresses assigned to you by TELUS during the term of this Agreement shall always remain the property of TELUS. TELUS will notify you of changes to this Agreement by posting a notice of change on telus.com/serviceterms (the “Service Website”) or by notifying you on your monthly bill or by email that this Agreement has been amended and where the change can be viewed. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the Services.

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, “you” refers to the person or company whose name appears on the invoice. Account holders can now view and download contract details for TELUS services, including the order confirmation and financing agreement (if applicable). TELUS may apply the count at any time to the amounts you owe for your Internet services under this Agreement or another service agreement you have with us. Interest on surety is calculated on the basis of the actual number of days incurred per month using the Bank of Canada`s effective overnight rate on that date, plus at least 1%. 50. TELUS does not provide any terms, warranties or assurances regarding the suitability, reliability, usability, security, quality, capacity, performance, availability, timeliness or accuracy of the Services, other products or services provided under this Agreement or third party networks. TELUS expressly disclaims all express, implied or statutory conditions, warranties and assurances, including, but not limited to, implied terms or warranties of market access, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement, whether resulting from commercial, commercial, infringement or other transactions. 31. They agree that any software and documentation that is part of the Services or that is provided by TELUS, its representatives or representatives for use in connection with the Services (the “Software”) is protected by applicable intellectual property protection laws, remains the exclusive property of TELUS or its suppliers and is provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including: without limitation, the exclusions and limitations of liability contained therein, as well as the terms of an applicable software license that is made available to you by TELUS.. .
