DESCRIPTION

I was brought into lead a team of UX/UI Designers and a couple of Front-End Developers to change over a lot of their web sites to a responsive and updated look and feel as well as improved flow for the user. I also helped out with recommendations on improvements on several products including checkout flow and installation instructions. The entire idea was to reduce clicks and streamline the process for the customer.
